The period from 5th till 8th of October will open the World Construction Championship II in Kazan. The event is organized by the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation; Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation; “Russia, the Opportunity Country”, Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization (ANCO); Gazprom Invest, LLC; and the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2022, the Championship joined the project line supported by “Russia, the Opportunity Country” platform.
On 5th of October the World Construction Championship was officially opened in the concert hall of “Kazan Expo” international exhibition center. Russia’s astronauts and members of the 68th expedition of the ISS crew, Mr. Sergey Prokopiev and Mr. Dmitry Petelin, welcomed the participants.
Students and specialists dealing with different spheres of Russia’s industrial construction and foreign guests will gather in Kazan to watch the unique event.
“Millions of constructors, engineers, designers, workers, and craftsmen are working every day and lay the foundation of modern Russia’s future. This is a responsible job requiring a lot of efforts, competences, patience, and talent. Thousands of brains unite their efforts to achieve the common goal: arrangement of really reliable world.”
The astronauts wished the participants to stay strong in the pursuit of their goals, to realize their ideas, and use their skills and knowledge where they are required today.
Addressing to the participants of the World Construction Championship II was finished by the farewell speech.
“Manifest yourself. Demonstrate your talents and knowledge; share your experience to the colleagues from every corner of the world. Remember, this world is built by people. By you.”
